All platform content, design, and branding are owned by SmartMe.live.

You may not copy, distribute, or use our intellectual property without permission.

SmartMe.live is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but make no guarantees about uptime.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
